Q. What is a "Learning Circle"?
A. Community where every member has something to contribute, and every member has something to learn from.

Q. What is the purpose of this group?
A. It's for peer-to-peer mentoring, a learning circle (see above), but also referred to as a mastermind, support group, community, meetup etc

Q. What do you mean by "opportunities"?
A. I'm trying to be funny. I mean problems (of course).

Q. Is it only for Tech Leaders?
A. Mostly Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, CTOs, VPs, Heads of, but are welcome.

Q. Can anyone attend?
A. Anybody can join the waitlist (see above), members are accepted based on space availability, and Engineering Leadership criteria [TBD].

Q. How often do we meet?
A. That depends on the group i.e. how often we manage. We hope we will settle on a bi-weekly schedule for consistency, and continuity.

Q. Are the sessions recorded?
A. [TBD] Not at this time, but we often take (and share) notes, there is also some chatter about a podcast "opportunity" π€«
